CONSTITUTION: A magnetic substance resonator 10 is constituted by forming electrodes on the front and rear faces of a substrate covered with a magnetic substance film having tensor permeability, an external magnetic field Hex is impressed to that magnetic substance film by a permanent magnet PM or the like, and the resonant frequency is controlled by changing the level of that external magnetic field. The resonant frequency can be reversibly controlled and set at a desired value corresponding to the level of the external magnetic field without controlling an electrode pattern, etc. Therefore, the resonant frequency of the resonator can be easily controlled even in the state of integrating it into a device. |
