PURPOSE: To secure the airtightness in the arrangement part of a sheet-shaped filter and also to make replacement work easy. CONSTITUTION: A foamed material seal 12 is arranged between an air passing duct 3 forming an air feed pass 1 and a cover duct 4. A dustproof filter 10 is arranged abutting on the foamed material seal 12, and the cover duct 4 is fitted to an outer cover 7 of the device. Then, the dustproof filter 10 is inserted and held between the air passing duct 3 and the cover duct 4 with the foamed material seal 12 being compressed. In this way, the airtightness of the air feed pass 1 in the filter installation part is secured, and the replacement work of the dustproof filter 10 is easily executed by detaching and attaching the cover duct 4. |
