<p>PURPOSE: To supply flui having a very small amount of fluid correctly and stably with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: In an electromagnetic pump 1 composing one way valves 12, 21 for opening/closing respective two oil passages 10, 17 opened to a pump chamber 25, a plunger 11 which performs reciprocating motion in the pump chamber 25, and a solenoid 4 for driving the plunger 11, the one way valve 12 and the plunger 11 are arranged coaxially in the moving direction of the plunger 11. As a result, the capacity of the pump chamber 25 is suppressed in a compact size, the compressing ratio of oil (fluid) in the pump chamber 25 can be increased, the occurrence of air lock is prevented, operating stability of the one way valves 12, 21 is improved. An oil discharging amount at a time is suppressed to a low level so as to supply oil having few amount correctly.</p> |
