TANTALIUM ELECTROYTIC CAPACITOR MANUFACTURING METHOD

The tantalum condenser is manufactured by (a) compacting tantalum powder in the metallic mold with constant dimensions, (b) fixing the lower and upper parts of tantalum wire with the 1st and 2nd holders which have the same diameter and curvature as those of tantalum wire, (c) cutting tantalum wire inserted into the core part of tantalum powder by a cutter, (d) pressing the upper and the lower mold to form the device.
