<p>PURPOSE: To improve the stability of a charged state after storage over a long period of time, max. density, halftone reproducibility and transparency by using C.I. Pigment Blue 15:3 and C.I. Pigment Green 7 as colorants, specified polyester resin as a bonding resin, a specified metallic salt of a benzylic acid deriv. as an electric charge controlling agent and a specified resin as a carrier coating material. CONSTITUTION: This cyan developer contains C.I. Pigment Blue 15:3 and C.I. Pigment Green 7 as colorants, polyester resin having 90-11 deg.C ring and ball softening point as a bonding resin, a metallic salt of a benzylic acid deriv. represented by the formula as an electric charge controlling agent and silicone resin or acrylic resin contg. dispersed electrically conductive powder as a carrier coating material. In the formula, M is Li, Na or K. The total amt. of the C.I. Pigment Blue 15:3 and C.I. Pigment Green 7 used is 1-10 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the bonding resin and the ratio between them is 90:10 to 99:1.</p> |
