<p>The invention concerns a cross or block bottom valve sack, in particular for powdered filler material, with a filler valve (10) incorporated in one of the two sack bottoms of a corner fold (7, 8), the sack bottoms being delimited laterally by lateral bottom fold lines. The filler valve (10) comprises a valve tube (10) which projects into the sack at one end. The end section (13) of the valve tube (10) projecting into the sack is substantially divided spatially in the longitudinal direction of the valve tube (10). When the valve tube (10) lies flat, the spatially divided end section (13) is folded over onto itself along a fold line (15). When a filler pipe is introduced, the valve tube (10) only opens as far as necessary along the divisions and surrounds the filler pipe so closely that no filler material can escape at the sides.</p> |
