摘要 PURPOSE: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with which high image qualities of high sensitivity, high electrifying property, small optical memory effect, and no fog noise can be obtd. by an image forming method for development in a small-size high-performance device. CONSTITUTION: An image is formed by a developing method in which an electrostatic latent image is formed by using a photosensitive drum 1 having a magnet 2 fixed inside and the toner 7 in a nonpicture part is recovered with an electrode roller 8. In this image forming method, the electrophotographic photoreceptor used consists of a conductive base body and laminated layers of at least a charge injection prohibiting layer, charge producing layer and charge transfer layer on the base body. Anα-titanyl phthalocyanine pigment is used as a charge producing material for the charge producing layer and this charge producing layer is formed on the charge injection prohibiting layer containing at least a fluorocarbon resin and melamine resin which are soluble with a solvent.
