FIELD: medicine; particularly, traumatology, orthopedics and neurology; may be used in treatment of patients with diseases of vertebras, intervertebral joints and discs of the lumbar part of the vertebral column by physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: method consists in laying the patient on the back and leg beds with location of the vertebral column part to be treated on the point of joint of beds, fixation of the patient by means of fixing members, performance of the apparatus traction of the vertebral column and imitation of manipulation. Novelty of the method consists in performance of an additional fixation of the pelvic girdle in the lateral plane, apparatus mobilization by inclining the leg bed by the physician hands, mobilization by contact hand procedures, imitation of manipulation by inclining the leg bed by the physician, manipulation by the contact manual procedure, apparatus mobilization by inclining of the back bed with simultaneous testing of the quality of treatment and detraction. The device for treatment of osteochondrosis of the lumbar part of the vertebral column has base, leg bed movable in horizontal and transverse planes, back bed movable in sagittal plane, fixation members of the pelvic girdle and chest of the patient to beds, guides of motion of the leg bed along the axis of vertebral column, traction mechanism connected with leg bed, units for inclination of leg and back beds in transverse and sagittal planes. Novelty of the device consists in availability of the mechanism of vertical movement of beds installed on the based. Installed on the mechanism body are the guides for horizontal movement of the leg bed with movably mounted on them, the unit of the longitudinal movement and inclination of leg bed in transverse plane made in the form of cross-piece including bed supports connected to each other with segment guide grooves of inclination and bed segment rests installed in guide grooves. Bed rests have guide bushings of the bed vertical movement relative to the rests engageable with rods mounted under the bed. In so doing, the radii of the guide grooves of the supports and rests are selected to provide the location of the level of the axis of bed inclination above it. Back bed is connected with the rod of the mechanism of vertical movement of the beds for turning in the sagittal plane. The member of fixation of pelvic girdle additionally has a pair of ties brought from its upper part to the side members of the leg bed in the transverse plane. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of osteochondrosis of vertebral column of lumbar part including treatment of the third stage of osteochondrosis to Sekker with diskal hernia due to localization of mechanical actions on the pathologically changed part of vertebral column, their control and dosing in complex with apparatus, apparatus-manual and manual procedures of mobilization and manipulation techniques. |
