The wheel suspension of both wheels of a wheel pair (2) is steered by an upper (8) and parallel lower (8') transverse steerers located on an axle shank (10). The projected length of the steerers, vertical to the vehicle central plane, correspond to the halve track width. The axle shank steering axis (A2,B2) for each wheel is inclined downwards to the centre of the wheel. An adjuster activated pivot element (13) is located on the vehicle frame (1), this is transversely pivotable about the vehicle central plane horizontal axis.
