<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failure at the time of manufacture, and to attain low costs by forming a plurality of rotators and stators having different outer diameters like a ring, integrally laminating the rings, and winding a driving coil around a channel groove and a short-circuit groove. SOLUTION: A stator ferrite sintered body 1 is provided with a fixed shaft insertion groove 7 at the central part, and a plurality of rings 1a and 1b having different outer diameters are laminated so that a stator channel groove 3 can be formed. The layer insulation of the stator channel groove 3 and an adjacent stator channel groove 3 is operated so that a channel short-circuit groove can be formed, and a stator coil 5 is wound around the stator channel groove 3. Also, a rotator ferrite sintered body 2 is arranged so as to face the stator ferrite sintered body 1, and a plurality of rotor rings 2a and 2b having different inner diameters are laminated so that a rotor channel groove 4 can be formed. The layer insulation of the rotor channel groove 4 and an adjacent rotor channel groove is operated so that a channel short-circuit groove can be formed, and a rotor coil 6 is wound around the rotor channel groove 4.</p> |
