PURPOSE: To correct the signal intensity of a receiving input signal on the basis of the signal intensity of a filter output signal amplified and attenuated in each AGC circuit including a filter and a gain value in each AGC circuit. CONSTITUTION: Numeral 30 denotes an IF filter, and 32 denotes a signal intensity detection circuit for detecting the signal intensity of a mean square value (RMS), for instance, a rectification circuit and a low area pass filter are combined and constituted. Numeral 34 denotes a subtracter. The output (Vrssi) of the subtracter indicates Vrssi=Vrms/Gtotal by giving the output signal (Vrms) of the signal intensity detection circuit 32 as a numerator and the gain value G1 -GN of each AGC circuit 20-22. In the formula, Gtotal=G1×G2×...×GN.
