<p>The wrapping has upper and lower foils with flanges (6) which are joined together around the rim of the package by a conventional hot sealing method. At one corner of the flange, the lower foil has an opening arrangement (10,11). The upper foil has a reinforcing lip, with a cutout matching the lower foil lip. The upper and lower foils at this point are only joined at small areas. The user grasps the lower lip and peels the upper foil off the package, exposing the contents. The packing has an inner and outer seal (21,20) along three sides. Between the inner and outer seals is a strip (22) of adhesive material. When the upper foil of an opened package is pressed onto the lower foil, the adhesive strip reseals the package.</p> |
