PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reaction container for affinity chromatography in which immunoassay can be carried out quickly and easily without requiring any preliminary calibration. SOLUTION: The disposable reaction container for affinity chromatography in solid phase immunoassay comprises upper and lower separators 2a, 2b through which a liquid to be measured can permeates, and a medium receiving bed 3 disposed between the separators. The disposable reaction container has opposite open ends. A component immunoreactive to the component being measured is bonded to the medium receiving bed 3 having volume limited within 600μl. A large quantity of immunoreactive component is bonded to the medium receiving bed 3 and at least one of the upper and lower separators 2a, 2b has such permeability as to control the liquid flow such that the quantitative bonding under equilibrium bonding state takes place between the component to be measured and the reactive component before the liquid flows out from the medium receiving bed 3.
