PURPOSE: To provide a pulp mold forming die capable of giving a wide range of forming flexibility while making the best use of the advantages (highly durable without clogging) of a conventional wire net-type paper carding mold as they are, for the formation of the pulp mold. CONSTITUTION: A resin mesh die 1 of a reticular structure, with a three dimensional form surface, which is formed by a photomolding method, is fixed on the top of a backup mold 2 with water passage ways 2A running through vertically, with which water flow voids communicate. |
