PURPOSE: To reproduce desired image data and voice data by confirming the kind and contents of the image data and voice data recorded on a recording medium by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a video recording information storage area 14 storing the video recording information on each image data and voice data to be recorded in an image voice recording medium 13 at the time of a video recording. At the time of a reproduction, video recording information in the video recording information storage area 14 is read by a system control part 12 and is displayed on an image display part 5 through an on-screen control part 15. When desired image data and voice data is selected by an operation part 11 based on the display of the image display part 5, the address in the image voice recording medium 13 is obtained from video recording information by the system control part. 12. Based on the address, pertinent image data and voice data is read from the image voice recording medium 13 and each data is reproduced. |
