FIELD: chemical mechanical engineering, production of perspective mechanical engineering material - silicon nitride. SUBSTANCE: aim is to decrease costs and to increase quality of produced product. Ampoules, in which successive transformations of silicon powder take place (first - into more dispersed powder by electrical pulses comminution and then silicon oxide transformation into comminuted silicon, particles of which are capable fully react with nitrogen under high pressure and temperature) are located in thermostatic chambers of rotor conversion line, that have permanent magnet windings, that provides formation of electrical discharge field capable to comminute maximum of initial product.
