The non-skid material discharge device provides a method to provent vehicles from skidding on the slippery road. It consists of a tank(10) containing calcium chloride and sand, a discharge device(20) which extrudes the antiskid material from the tank(10); an actuating motor(25) rotates a coaxial rotation magnet(26), the rotation of the magnet(26) induces magnetic force to cause a rotation magnet(23) and a roller(21) to rotate, the magnet(23) induces magnetic force to cause a rotaion magnet(24) and a roller(22) to rotate, and the rotating roller push the antiskid material out the tank; and an open and close device which supplies the extruded antiskid material to the front tire(2).
