<p>a protecting casing(1) consisting of upper and lower hemisphere cases(2) separable; a dome-shaped net structure composed of circular joining ribs(3), horizontal ribs(4), and vertical ribs(5); and a sponge-type microbe contacting piece(9) and a specific gravity adjusting object(10) in the protecting casing(1). The sponge-type microbe contacting piece(9) is strongly fixed by upper and lower fixing pins(8a)(8b) facing each other and formed on the circumference of the horizontal ribs(4).
