摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a highly accurate magnetic reluctance sensor the magnetic characteristic of which does not drop and which is composed of a magnetic reluctance body. CONSTITUTION: In the first resistor 13A of the magnetic reluctance element section 11A of a magnetic reluctance sensor, linear patterns 51 are arranged in parallel and the end sections of the patterns 51 are alternately connected to each other through connecting section patterns 52. The end sections of the patterns 52 are cut off at±45 deg. to the length direction of the patterns 51 so as to prevent the influence of the magnetic field impressing direction. Adjacent patterns 54 are arranged adjacent to the outermost linear patterns 51. Second to fourth resistors 14A and 16A have the same structure and, since the resistors 13A-16A are connected through bridges, a potential difference is obtained from terminals 18A and 19A in accordance with the variation of the magnetic field. Since the connecting section patterns 52 are not coated with conductors, the characteristic deterioration of the patterns caused by the fluctuation of the potential difference can be prevented.
