The new thing is that to decrease power consumption and apparatus dimensions, to increase term of continuous operation, quality of purification and to maintain stable operational process hydraulic resistance made in the form of Venturi pipe or perforated collector is mounted between heat exchanger 6 and evaporator 1 and distillate injection joint made in the form of jet or nozzle is mounted in steam trunk between evaporator 1 and compressor 20 and diffuser and mixer made in the form of chamber and nozzles are mounted between evaporator 1 and circulation pump.
