PURPOSE: To form a grating by covering the entire surface of a resin-made substrate with an electrically conductive resin layer of a specified thickness, so as to achieve a weight reduction compared with metal-made grated panels and be suitable for use in clean rooms. CONSTITUTION: The entire surface of a resin-made substrate 2 is covered with an electrically conductive resin layer having a thickness of 0.1-0.5mm. Glass-fiber reinforced polyamide resin is injected at a resin temperature of 290 deg.C to form the substrate 2 of a grating under a dwell pressure of 500kgf/cm<2> . The formed substrate 2 is then taken out of a die 1 and set in a cavity 3a formed in a die 3. The size of the cavity 3a accords with the size of the final product of a grating. The substrate 2 is supported in a floating manner by pins 4 protruding from the inner wall surface of the cavity 3a, thus ensuring a small clearance between the inner wall surface and the substrate 2, for the cover layer. |
