This method is achieved by the processes of (1) controlling of pH of plating solution in tank, and plating solution during sludge treatment, (2) treating of sludge, (3) oxidizing of solution by introducing one kind selected from the group of oxide medium composed of air, oxygen and oxygenated water, and (4) filtering of sludge in plating solution under controlled pH. Here, this plating solution is Zn or Zn-Ni plating solution, and plating process is radial cell type. At the controlling step of pH, pH of plating solution is adjusted 1.5 to 3.0. At the treating step of sludge, pH is solution is adjusted 3.0 to 4.5. At the oxidizing step of solution, the introducing volume in case of air as oxide medium is 1 to 5L/min per 1L solution. In case of oxygen, the introducing volume is 0.2 to 1L/min per 1L solution. In case of oxygenated water, the volume is 1 to 10 times of the mole number of Fe+2 ion in plating solution.
