The skiing equipment consists of sticks with adjustable handgrips, and boots with legs which can be inclined in the travel direction. The handgrips can be inclined with respect to the sticks and can be secured in inclined positions. The sticks are also adjustable in length.The grips may be inclined forwards in the travel direction, or forwards and backwards, and may also be inclined to the left or right. They may be rotatable about an axis in one plane, or may have a ball joint to allow inclination in any desired direction.
