FIELD: shipbuilding; barges connected with towing vessel. SUBSTANCE: barge connected with self-propelled towing ship 1 has pipe 2 whose one end is brought in communication with bottom chamber 3 formed between two sides 4 and fore reflector 5 secured to barge bottom. Other end of pipe 2 is provided with detachable corrugated hose 7 connected with exhaust branch pipe 9 of internal combustion engine of self-propelled towing ship 1 by means of pipe 8. Surface of fore reflector 5 located at area "h" tapering towards barge bottom is made in form of diffuser. Fitted in pipe 8 are three-way damper 11 and pressure gauge 12. EFFECT: increased power and reduced power requirements for towing the barge. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
