<p>A trolley (1) has a flat platform (2) supported by wheels (3, 4). A handle (5) which is pivotally connected to the trolley (6) carries an automobile retractor mechanism (8), the webbing strap (9) of which is connected to a load engaging element (12) which retains a load (14) on the trolley. The handle can be moved from a first position in which the retractor is free to wind and unwind to permit loading of the trolley, and is then moved to a second position in which the retractor mechanism is locked to retain the load on the trolley.</p> |
