The plug connector (1) has an inner contact part (5) which is concentric to the plug's longitudinal axis (3) and can be electrically connected to the inner conductor of the high frequency cable. A plug element angled wrt. the longitudinal axis is electrically connected to the inner contact part and at least partially enclosed at a distance by a connection sleeve electrically connected to the cable's outer conductor. A through bore (9) is formed in the inner contact part concentric to the plug's longitudinal axis. At least one light waveguide element arranged in the tubular inner conductor is fed out of the plug connector via the through bore.
