FIELD: devices for purification of sanitary and agricultural sewage, devices for use of carbon-contained waste (peat, lignin, saw-dust, waste paper). SUBSTANCE: device has housing with walls 6 which separate it into hydrolytic fermentation chamber, acid fermentation chamber, acid regression fermentation chamber and alkali fermentation chamber. Stirring device is mounted in housing, has perforated cover and is designed as compartments, which are filled with abrasive grain immobilizing packing. Stirring device is mounted on rolling supports and is connected to accumulating tank for substrate. Alkali fermentation chamber is connected to methane fermentation chamber for exchange mash and gas, it is further connected to gas holder, which is located under housing and is designed as gas-tight panels between housing and gas holder. Gas holder contains cooling unit, which uses ammonia, ethane and methane liquefy circuits and has compressor, regenerative heat exchanger, reduction valve and evaporator. Methane liquefy circuit is connected to mixer to exchange gas, mixer is connected to diesel fuel accumulating tank and diesel engine. Exhaust of diesel engine is connected to methane fermentation chamber. EFFECT: diesel electric power plants in areas to which it is hard to deliver diesel fuel. |
