PURPOSE: To obtain a metal/resin laminate reduced in the lowering of bonding strength with the elapse of time caused by the aromatic component such as perfume, salicylic acid or menthol of an article to be held by providing a specific adhesive layer to the surface of a polyolefinic resin base material layer and further providing a metal thin layer on the surface of the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer consisting of 39.5-99.4wt.% of an ethylene/(meth) acrylic acid/lower alkyl (meth) acrylate copolymer (the number of carbon atoms of an alkyl group; 1-4) or an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, 0.1-60wt.% of an ethylene/lower alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer (the number of carbon atoms of an alkyl group; 1-4) and 0.5-40wt.% of titanium oxide is provided on the surface of a polyolefinic resin base material layer. Further, a metal thin layer is provided on the surface of the adhesive layer. This laminate is obtained by extruding an adhesive layer to the gap between the polyolefinic resin base material layer and the metal thin layer in a molten film state to subject all of them to sandwich lamination. |
