PURPOSE: To obtain an injection molding die and an injection molding method in which an insert piece can be easily and securely fixed without complicating a construction of a mold and a molded piece can be easily removed from a movable mold and to obtain an intermediate container of an electromagnetic induction cooking pan preventing intrusion of water or the like to an electromagnetic induction coil and accelerating the radiation of the electromagnetic induction coil. CONSTITUTION: An inward inclined through hole 24 is so provided as to be opened in the vicinity of a setting face 23 of a movable mold 15 at one end thereof, inclinedly extended in a mold clamping direction from the end opening toward one side of the setting face 23, and opened to the back face of the movable mold 15 at the other end thereof. Furthermore, an inward inclined pin 26 slidably fitted into the inward inclined through hole 24 is provided with a hook part 29 engaging with an electromagnetic induction coil 5 at the top thereof and slidably connected to an ejector plate 20 at the base end thereof. A retraction space forming part 32 forming a retraction space for extracting the inclined pin from an intermediate container is provided.
