In a room within a building of light construction, at least one wall is composed of a layer of thermal storage material provided with ducts through which heated air is blown by a fan. A fan unit (12), regulated by a control unit (14) and temperature sensor (18), blows heated air through a duct (26) into a duct system (10) within the insulation material covering a wall of the room. Horizontal long ducts (20, 22) feed the air through vertical ducts (24), exhausting through a duct (28) into the room.
