CONSTITUTION:When a brake command is issued and an organization brake force command Fu is given to an electric brake force setter 61, at a step S1, whether or not the brake command is a notch 1 is judged by means of a brake command discrimination portion 6a, and if it is the notch 1, transfer to a step S2 is carried out, and if it is not the notch 1, transfer to a step 3 is made. At the step S2, an electric brake force command Fe is outputted from an Fe output portion 6b by supposing that Fe is Fu.
