<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a document matching with the intention of a document that a user is creating by displaying a document form with information on a document design selected on the basis of inputted document attributes. CONSTITUTION: A document attribute indication part 11 inputs the document attributes indicating features of the document design according to the purpose of the document, object persons of distribution, and a shape. A document design form holding part 13 holds document forms as information on representative document designs corresponding to respective document attributes. Then a document design selection part 12 takes information (document form) on a document design corresponding to the document attribute values out of the document design form holding part 13 by using the values (integer value, etc.) of the document attributes received from the document attribute indication part 11 and sends it out in the form of a template to a document design form display part 14. Further, the document design form display part 14 displays the template of the document form at a display part 15 with the information on the document design sent out of the document design selection part 12.</p> |
