PURPOSE: To provide an IC memory card type radio modem in which simultaneous data communication with many opposite parties or data communication without interference in provided zones of. plural radio infrastructures is made. CONSTITUTION: A main body of the IC memory card type radio modem is provided with a channel selection circuit section 17 selecting a channel, a radio interface unit section 18 to connect a radio section corresponding to the selected channel, plural radio sections 19 connecting to the radio interface unit section and a control section 22 controlling them. The radio section 19 or the like copes with plural channels and different radio infrastructures and data are communicated simultaneously to plural opposite parties by using plural channels from a personal computer by connecting the IC memory card to an IC memory card insert section of the personal computer and data communication is continued without re-connection or the like even during movement over plural areas by selecting another radio infrastructure even in the case of moving.
