The apparatus comprises a cap arranging unit for dropping a cap(4) from the top of a base and separatedly dividing the cap; a guiding unit for guiding the movement of the cap onto a designated place; a vertical moving table(16) for arranging the location of the cap in the top or bottom by menas of the guiding unit; a location determining unit disposed near the vertical moving table in order to set up the location of the product(17) movable according to the location of the vertical moving table(16); an operating unit for applying gas and inserting the cap with respect to the product which has already been disposed by the location determining unit(23); and a leading unit for leading the application of the gas and the insertion of the cap by moving the product of the operating unit in the designated place.
