An erasable write-in memory 2 is provided on the specimen recipient 1 containing the specimen of cellulose derivatives that displaces to the solution preparing device 10, to plural inspection/measuring apparatuses 30 and others in sequential order, and provided in the vicinity of the displacement starting point of the specimen recipient 1 are the input means 3 and 4 that write the inspection data into the memory 2, and the solution preparing device 10 and plural measuring apparatuses 30 and others are provided with the apparatuses 30 and others are provided with the devices 11 and 12 that read in data from the memory 2 as well as the sequencers 13, 33, and others that give instructions to the respective devices and apparatuses 10, 30 and others depending upon the inspection data thus read out. <MATH>
