PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts and to attain the miniaturization of a device by using the same line light source as illumination for a film and as a back light for a liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: A part of light emitted from a fluorescent lamp 3 is reflected by a 1st reflection board 11 and transmitted through a photographic film 5 so as to form an image on a CCD 15 through a lens system 16, and image information on the photographic film 5 is converted to an electrical signal by the CCD 15 so as to be read. An image information signal read by the CCD 15 is processed by a signal processing circuit formed on an electrical substrate 13, then, it becomes a ' positive image signal so as to drive the liquid crystal display 2. On the other hand, other parts of light emitted from the fluorescent lamp 3 are reflected by a 2nd reflection board 12, and it is used as the back light for the liquid crystal display 2. And the image information on the photographic film 5 is enlarged and displayed on the liquid crystal display 2. That is, the fluorescent lamp 3 serves as the illumination for the photographic film 5 and as the back light for the liquid crystal display 2. |
