PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly by a simple structure, and expose a shake-out port by simply turning a lid by a method wherein the shake-out port is formed by affixing a top lid front surface subsidiary plate and top lid tongue piece on the rear surface of a top lid front surface plate, and the shake-out port part is turned.
