PURPOSE:To enable the warming of blood flowing inside a human being by arranging the body of an infrared radiator to be made up of an infrared reflector being in contact with a metal powder oxidatively heat generating agent and an infrared radiation element placed adjacent to the infrared reflector to allow the radiating of a large amount of far infrared rays by a handy method. CONSTITUTION:The body of an infrared radiator is made up of an infrared radiation element 204 made of an infrared radiation material such as ceramics, a porous heat insulating material 206 and an infrared reflection sheet 210 made of a metal. The radiator body is housed into a pocket 120 of a case 110 of the infrared radiator 100 together with a metal powder oxidatively heating element (disposable pocket warmer or the like) 250. While not used, the metal powder oxidatively heating element 250 is sealed and it is unsealed in use to generate heat by supplying oxygen. Thus, the infrared radiation element 204 radiates infrared rays and the infrared reflection sheet 210 reflects it. |
