PURPOSE:To suck dusts without reducing permeability by opening many holes near a bent part of nonwoven fabric in an air filter in which a frame and a filter of the fabric bent continued in crest state is extended in the frame. CONSTITUTION:An air filter 1 disposed between the suction inlet of the indoor unit, etc., and a heat exchanger of an air conditioner to suck dusts to be sucked from the inlet is extended in a frame 2 made of a resin molding material, and bent to be formed of nonwoven fabric continued in a crest state. Many pores 1c each having a small diameter are opened near the vertexes of the crest 1a and a trough 1b. The pores 1c are formed by many styluses provided near the vertexes of molds and the troughs and pore molds corresponding to the styluses. Thus, the laying densities of the crests 1a and the troughs 1b are enhanced, and even if permeability is reduced, suction air is passed through the pores 1c, and hence the dusts can be efficiently sucked. |
