PURPOSE: A sponge cutting device is provided to continuously cut a sponge at a predetermined thickness with a sponge form receiving part and a cutting part and to easily control the height of a sponge form and a transferring roller. CONSTITUTION: A sponge cutting device comprises a sponge form receiving part(200), a cutting part(300), a winding part(400), and a winding velocity control part(500). A sponge form is received, fixed, and rotated in the sponge form receiving part. The sponge form receiving part guides the sponge form at a predetermined height. The cutting part cuts and guides the sponge form. The winding part winds the cut sponge. The winding velocity control part controls the sponge form to be wound on the winding part at a predetermined velocity.
