PURPOSE:To obtain a curable and electrically conductive composition which comprises an alkenyl-containing polyoxypropylene polymer, a hydrosilyl- containing compound, a hydrosilylation catalyst and a substance giving electric conductivity, thus shows excellent adhesion to metallic shafts with migration to photosensitive bodies reduced. CONSTITUTION:This composition contains (A) an alkenyl-containing polyoxy- propylene polymer (preferably a polymer of 6,000-40,000 number-average molecular weight and less than 2 at a ratio of the weight-average molecular weight to the number-average molecular weight), (B) a compound bearing 2 or more hydrosilyl groups (for example, a siloxane curing agent of the formula), (C) a hydrosilation catalyst (preferably a chloroplatinate), and (D) a substance giving electric conductivity (for example, carbon black). The ingredient A is obtained by, for example, polymerization of propylene oxide followed by reaction of the resulting polyoxypropylene bearing OH groups on both chain ends with allyl chloride to effect allyl etherification at both chain ends. |
