PURPOSE:To form stable electrolyte of high ionic conductivity and mechanical strength by constituting a high polarity high molecular phase of a high molecular solid electrolyte having interlinked structure. CONSTITUTION:As a high molecular particulate dispersed liquid, styrene butadiene copolymer latex (Nippon zeon Co. made) and acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer latex (Nippon zeon Co. made), after mixed by solid amount ratio, for instance, 1:1, are cast on a glass plate. Then at an ordinary pressure, after drying for 5 hours, for instance, at 70 deg.C, in order to generate interlink reaction of an NBR molecule, heating is applied in the vacuum atmoshere for 5 hours at 130 deg.C. As a result of vacuum drying, in this case, a high molecular matrix film of 20mum thickness is obtained. This film is immersed in an electrolyte, fused in an equal volume mixed solvent of propylene carbonate and 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran, to obtain a high molecular solid electrolyte. |
