Electronic scheme for side-impact protection of car
摘要
In a scheme for a car's side-impact protection, there are two proximity sensors with antennas or sensor surfaces at the front left and right corners of the car. Each output signal goes to an amplifier where it is combined with a signal relating to the measured car speed. The outputs of the amplifiers go first to the inputs of an analogue AND-gate. They also go to the inputs of threshold switches. The outputs of these go to a NOR-gate. This gate outputs to a NOT-circuit. The outputs of the NOT and the AND gates pass to a NAND circuit which outputs to another NOT circuit. This then sends a signal to the brakes or alarm circuit.
