Double=layered refill bag with stable pouring spout

A two-layered flexible bag for heavy powdery products and granulates has a shaped bottom and foldable gussets. The bag may be closed by folding down at least once the top edge of adjacent side walls and may be sealed by gluing at least the last fold to the adjacent side wall. Both material layers (2a, 2b) of which the bag is made are fixed to each other at least in one area (3) on both sides of a line that extends parallel to and below the lower folding edge (8) at least on one side over the whole width of the gusset. A dimensionally stable pouring spout (10) may be formed by laterally cutting into the area in which the material layers are fixed to each other.
