The foldable upholding structure for a portable bed increases the durability and the load strength rather than the conventional one. It comprises a middle rod(110) having sloped faces(111) at the end; a pair of upper connection pins(120) fixed at sides of both ends of the middle rod(110); an upper rotary shaft(122) formed at the extending parts(121) of the connection pins(120); a pair of upper rods(130) coming in touch with the sloped faces(111) of the rod(110); a pair of rotary shafts(123) positioned at the sides of both ends of the connection pins(120); a pair of lower connection pins(140); a pair of lower rods(150) coming in touch with lower end face(132) of the upper rods(130) when unfolded.
