The apparatus comprises a control module including a microcontroler connected to the telephone line, through a module for coupling the interface and line separator, and a call detector, the control module being connected to a memory of displayable and/or speech convertible and keyboard data and to a utilisation program memory, as well as to both electronic switching and option switches and to a synthesizer with message memories and to a DTMF decoder, the apparatus providing for the optional control of in-coming calls according to a total admission or total rejection criterion and according to an intermediary criterion of request and reception of a coding signal to permit access to an in-coming call.
