<p>PURPOSE:To provide a producing method of a stainless steel, by which the production is easily executed without need to provide two furnaces of a smelting reduction furnace and a decarburizing furnace and the recovery of chromium and desulfurization are effectively executed. CONSTITUTION:In a method to recover chromium into molten steel by reducing the chromium oxide in slag with carbon in the molten steel or carbon in a carbon-containing material by bringing recycled chromium oxide-containing slag into contact with the molten steel before blowing to roughly decarburizing and temp.-raising or during blowing, Si-containing alloy and lime are added to the molten steel after completing the blowing for roughly decarburizing and temp.-raising, and the slag basicity is adjusted to be 1.5-2.5 and [%Si] to be 0.1-0.3% to synchronously execute the finish reduction and the desulfurization. In the finish reducing period, at least one kind among Al- containing alloy, metallic Ca-containing alloy and Ti-containing alloy may be added.</p> |
