PURPOSE: To cause gas of high pressure within a crank chamber to be flowed into an operating space, increase a gas mean pressure in the operating space and enable a prevention in reduction of a system efficiency to be attained by a method wherein a leaked gas recovering device is arranged in a partition wall formed between the crank chamber and the operating space adjacent to the crank chamber. CONSTITUTION: A leaked gas-recovering device 5 feeds gas contained in a crank chamber to an adjoining operating chamber 120 when pressure in the adjoining operating chamber 120 is lower than pressure in a crank chamber 300. In turn, when the pressure in the adjoining operating chamber 120 is higher than the pressure in a crank chamber 300, it is possible to prevent gas in the crank chamber from moving to the adjoining operating chamber 120. If the high pressure within the adjoining operating chamber 120 is leaked into the crank chamber 300 and the inner pressure of the crank chamber is increased, the high- pressure gas within the crank chamber is discharged to the adjoining operating chamber 120 by its own pressure, thereby an efficiency of a heat pump is improved. |
