PURPOSE:To automatically calculate effective security prices as data for real estate or registration are inputted according to a format over a look at a register transcript and to process data which are necessary for management sequentially by using a totalizing function, a retrieving function, and an output function of a personal computer, etc. CONSTITUTION:(1) Plural lands which are used and adjoin to each other and properties on them are regard ed as one registered land and one building, and the land and building are regarded as one estate; and grouping is performed for that. (2) The value of security is automatically calculated. (3) A precedent- order price and an identical-order price are automatically calculated. (4) An effective security price is automatically calculated. (5) Data required for scrutiny, management, statistics, etc., are outputted by clients, business offices, all-store totals, etc., at need. |
