The device allows the workpiece to be machined at both sides by turning over the workpiece after finishing its one side. The workpiece can be turned over by rotating a clamping member. The device comprises a rack and pinion gear(81, 90) rotating the clamping member, a transfer cylinder(20) horizontally reciprocating the holding unit and the clamping member, a cylinder(32) vertically reciprocating the receiving piece and a lift(30) transferring the workpiece.
